New Customer:

1. Click on New Account
2. Complete the General Information and click Save.
3. Your online account will be created.
4. Keep your Primary Phone and Password for future registrations.
5. At any time you can change your Password in the General Information section.

Returning Customer:

1. Click on My Account
2. Login with Primary Phone and Password.

If you are unable to remember your Login and Password PLEASE DO NOT create a new account.  Click here if you have forgotten your password..  If you need further assistance please call 952-401-6800.

To Add a New Family Member:

To add a new family member to your existing account follow these steps:
1.  Click on My Account.
2.  Enter your Primary Phone and Password.
3.  Click on Add Family Member.
4.  Fill in the General Information.
5.  Repeat process to add additional family members.
